At Shiga Global Service LLC, we provide custom digital services including e-commerce store development, website design, conversion optimization, dropshipping store setup, and consulting services.
Due to the nature of digital and customized services, all payments made to Shiga Global Service LLC are generally non-refundable once work has started.
Refunds may be considered under the following circumstances:

The project has not yet started

No deliverables or development work have been provided

A duplicate payment was made accidentally

Both parties mutually agree to cancel the project
Refunds will NOT be provided for:

Completed work or delivered milestones

Custom website design or development services

Delays caused by lack of communication or missing materials from the client

Digital consulting services already provided

Change of mind after work has begun
