Refund Policy

Due to the nature of digital services, all payments made to Shiga Global Service LLC are generally non-refundable.

Refunds may be considered only in cases where:
- Work has not started
- A mutual agreement is reached

Each project is handled under a separate agreement outlining deliverables and payment terms.
