3. Payments

Clients agree to provide accurate billing information and make payments according to agreed terms.

Payments for digital services are generally non-refundable once work has started, as outlined in our Refund Policy.

Failure to complete payment may result in suspension or termination of services.

4. Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for:

Providing accurate project information
Supplying required content and materials
Responding to communication in a timely manner
Reviewing and approving deliverables when requested

Delays caused by missing information or lack of communication from the client may affect project timelines.

5. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise agreed in writing:

Clients retain ownership of their brand assets and provided materials
Shiga Global Service LLC retains ownership of internal processes, templates, systems, and proprietary methods used during development

Final project ownership may transfer to the client after full payment is completed.

6. Third-Party Platforms

Our services may involve third-party platforms and providers including but not limited to:

Shopify
Wix
Payment gateways
Hosting providers
Marketing tools

Shiga Global Service LLC is not responsible for outages, policy changes, account suspensions, or technical issues caused by third-party platforms.

7. Limitation of Liability

Shiga Global Service LLC shall not be held liable for:

Business losses
Revenue reduction
Indirect or consequential damages
Platform restrictions or account suspensions by third parties
Delays outside our reasonable control

All services are provided on a best-effort basis.

8. Termination of Services
